Assist with filing of voluntary debtor applications. 1) Assist you in obtaining and organising the required documents, • Consent to act from PTIB • Proof of income • List of debts and creditors • Monthly expenses • Assets and liabilities 2) Assist in filling out the Statement of Affairs (SOA). 3) Arrange for commissioning of affidavits.
