Personal Bankruptcy Guidance
End-to-end support for individuals considering bankruptcy in Singapore — from assessing whether it is the right route to filing and discharge.
Book Free ConsultationBankruptcy is not the end of the road, and it is not always the right road either. Before anything is filed we look at the whole picture: what you owe, to whom, what you earn, and what alternatives are genuinely open to you. For some clients the Debt Repayment Scheme or a Voluntary Arrangement is the better answer, and we will tell you so.
If bankruptcy is the right route, we handle the process with you rather than at you. That means obtaining the written consent of a licensed Insolvency Practitioner to act as your Private Trustee in Bankruptcy, preparing your Statement of Affairs accurately, and making sure the forms and affidavits are correct before they reach the Service Bureau.
